Inspired by another mom, Abe and I bought some chalk yesterday. I had expected our foray in to sidewalk chalk to be a lovely, quiet, relatively mess-free, and creative activity. It was two of those things......
By the end of the afternoon Abe had chalked up our entire back yard including his stroller, the sage plant, and a few ants that were in the wrong place at the wrong time! Abe used bright red chalk and a specific stroke to create a "Manson Family was here" kind of effect on our garage door. Additionally, he found the only existing puddle of water in all of NW Denver's 98 degree sun to form a highly pigmented chalk paste, and then rolled around in it. Head to toe chalk baby decor.
