teeth & crawling

For our records (as i don't have the faculties to actually keep a baby book):

Abel's first top tooth (no. 3) popped January 3rd (ish)
Abel's second top tooth (no. 4) popped January 15th (ish)
Both appeared right around his 7 month mark.
And let me tell you, they are large and in charge!

Also for the record: After a month of rocking, lunging and flailing himself, Abel took his first official crawl at Grandma and Grandpa's house on December 29th. And has been a crawling fool ever since, becoming more and more coordinated. I think he finally created enough crawling neuro-pathways, and has started to sleep at night again. The idea that developmental milestones impact night time sleep hit home when I read this quote (unidentified):

If you learned how to fly today, would you want
to fall asleep tonight?
